Before confirming your booking, you and others included in your booking must read and familiarise yourselves with the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made by a passenger through Sense Tour.

1. SENSE TOUR’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 
 

A) VISA

Sense Tour is just an intermediary firm in the visa process between Saudi Arabia Embassy and passengers. Although, the passenger provides all required documents The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Embassy may reject the passenger's visa application. Sense Tour is not responsible for the following circumstances; any delay in the visa process, related amendments of travel details or any rejection due to lack of documentation.

B) AIRLINE

Sense Tour reserves the right to change the airline, departure and return flight options if necessary but will inform you of the changes made. Sense Tour will not be held responsible for any delay, adverse weather conditions, rescheduling times by the airlines, actions by air traffic controllers, mechanical fault or industrial actions.

C) HOTEL

Check-in time is 15.00 for most of the hotels in Mecca and Medinah. For the overnight flights, the night during the overnight flight will be included the package days, including the morning or night arrivals to the hotel.

Check out time is 14:00 for most of the hotels in Mecca and Medinah. Late check-out after 14:00 will be charged with an extra 100% of a room tariff per night. 4 and 5-star hotels are designed mostly for double rooms. Therefore, to put an additional bed in a double or triple room will not be comfortable as other rooms.

The hotel distances are measured from Masjid al-Haram to Masjid Al Nabawi’s outdoor entrances. Sense Tour considers registered passengers as they have already accepted and acknowledged the details stated above.

D) TOUR PACKAGE

Sense Tour reserves the right to change the offered hotel within the same category but will inform you of the changes made. Sense Tour will notify you via email, SMS, fax or telephone and considers that explanation is sufficient. Passengers reserve the right to cancel their packages free of charge.

E) TERMINATION RIGHTS

Sense Tour reserves the right to terminate a package because of lack of attendance or any other reasons beyond Sense Tour’s control. Sense Tour will inform you via email, SMS, fax or telephone and consider that explanation is sufficient. There is no right to compensation for passengers.

F) FORCE MAJEURE

Sense Tour does not assume any liability for; losses, accidents, adverse weather conditions, mechanical fault or industrial actions, damages, injuries, luggage, acts of governments or other authorities, hostilities, civil disturbances, state of sieges, curfews, elections, strikes, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any causes beyond itself control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents. Furthermore, Sense Tour reserves the right not to assume any liability for any incident that is not stated above.

2. PASSENGER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

A) INFORMATION

Passengers have a right to be informed about the chosen tour’s details. Sense Tour must give the selected tour details.

B) PROGRAM

Passengers may not attend external tour visits, e.g. Mecca and Medina visits, additional Umrah, which are organised by Sense Tour. Sense Tour must announce itinerary and its details.

C) DOCUMENTATION

Customers must deliver the required documents to Sense Tour before three weeks their departure date. Customers will be responsible for any delay in visa process due to late delivered documents.

D) RESERVATION

Passengers must pay a 50% percent deposit to book a package. Full payment is due no later than three weeks in advance of the departure date.

E) DISEASE

All passengers will be responsible for the health costs throughout their journey. All Royal Public Hospitals are free of charge in Saudi Arabia. Private hospitals will request payment for the treatments and services in Saudi Arabia. Passengers must inform Sense Tour regarding any pre-existing medical conditions before booking a package or any services. Paralysed and confined to bed passengers will be responsible for additional seat costs on their return flight. Sense Tour is liable to make all explanations to its passengers’ regarding their rights and treatments. Passengers must ensure that they have fully complied with the pilgrimage health requirements, such as vaccinations.

F) LUGGAGE

The luggage that passengers carry should comply with airlines’ allowances and passengers must consider these criteria prior to their trips. Sense Tour will not be responsible for any excess luggage charge, lost, damaged or delayed luggage. We will not be financially responsible for its replacement and neither responsible for the missing luggage paperwork and for the picking up and delivering of your luggage. Sense Tour will not be responsible for passengers’ possessions under any circumstances. These following items are mainly prohibited for carriage onboard the aircraft; guns, firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammable substances or devices, chemical items, stunning devices, sharp objects, tools, blunt instruments and Sense Tour will not be held responsible for any rejection of these items by airlines.

G) FLIGHT

Passengers must be at the airport three hours before the flight. The meeting point for all packages will be at the airport.

H) RETURN

There will be no refund provided for those who want to return earlier than scheduled. Passengers can return earlier with his/her return flight ticket only subject to available early flights. Passengers must pay an additional cost if the airline company requires it due to the changes. In a case of unavailable earlier return flights, passengers can buy another return ticket according to his/her needs for an additional fee. Sense Tour has nothing to do with this transaction and will not be responsible in any way.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

 
 
  • Passengers must complete their bookings accompanied by a 50% deposit. Full payment is due no later than three weeks prior to departure.
  • Booking conditions contain limitations and exclusions of liability, and cancellation and amendment charges are payable if a booking is cancelled or amended after it has been confirmed.
  • Once the visa is processed, Sense Tour will charge £ 200 for cancellation. Furthermore, hotels, airlines, bus companies and the other suppliers may impose cancellation penalties.
  • There will be no refund for those who want to return earlier than scheduled. Passengers can return earlier with his/her return flight ticket only subject to available early flights. Passengers must pay an additional cost if the airline company requires it due to changes. In the case of unavailable earlier return flights, passengers can buy another return ticket according to his/her needs for an additional fee. Sense Tour has nothing to do with this transaction and will not be responsible in any way.

DISCLAIMER REGARDING AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING OF PASSENGERS

 

When a passenger joins one of the Sense Tour’s packages, photography, video and audio recording will occur.

You release Sense Tour, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and or sound recordings.

By joining our group, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Sense Tour or the person or entity designated to do so Sense Tour. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before joining our group..
